Gone are the days when cellphones were just used for making and receiving voice calls only. More and more people are now using their mobile phones to find vital information through GPRS and other modes of accessing net on mobile.

To find anything that interests us, there should be a mobile friendly search engine which lets us put the search string and brings the desired results for us. Google has come forward regarding this issue and announced yesterday that it would be providing excellent search capabilities on Nokia phones by embedding its search engine with the Nokia search application.

The application will combine the search capabilities of Google engine to locate desired information online while on the other hand, the integrated Nokia search application will let you search for any information stored in your mobile device.

To start with the service will be initially available on Nokia N96, N78, 6210 navigator and 6220 classic. The search will be available on Nokia devices across 100 countries in 42 different languages.
